So prom was really great! My dress came out absolutely amazing, I loved it so much. A bunch of my friends came over for pictures before (Ashley and Jon, Dave and his date and two of his other friends, Josh and Lexi, Miranda and David, and Ryan and I were all there).

Prom wasn't nearly as tacky as I thought it was going to be. Everyone looked great, and there was only a little bit of drama. Ryan and I didn't dance at all but that's alright, I'm not much of a dancer. Josh is, though. That boy cracks me up.

I don't have pictures up quite yet, but hopefully I will soon. I need to get them from a bunch more people.

In other news, I am getting a new digital camera for my birthday (next month! Holy crap!) and I have fallen in love with the Samsung Digimax L830. I really like the red one... maybe black. Does anyone have it or know anyone that does, and do you have any positive or negative comments about it? I've read great reviews for it. I think it's exactly what I'm looking for.

1. Art is my life. I had a friend growing up who always told me that I could never be an artist because I wasn't good at drawing. It makes me smile that I am planning on going to college for art and am going to pursue a career in graphic design-- something she will never do.
2. I have been playing the French horn since fourth grade, but I am dropping it at the end of this year.
3. I'm a big fan of live music.
4. I am not a big fan of most of the kids that go to my high school. I would be very happy if a lot of them just disappeared. It's very hard for me to find people that I am good friends with for a long time-- most of my "best friends" from past years are out of my life now.
5. I have a really hard time staying up past like 11:00 at night. But I have no problem getting up early.
6. Project Runway is my favorite show! I want to be on it!
7. I am not tall enough to audition for America's Next Top Model
8. I can't think of an 8th one. Sorry!
